If you haven't noticed from previous posts, I have had a horrible time trying to figure out how to get this blog to work!! Therefore, I haven't really been too enthusiastic to continue posting. With all of this time I have to do whatever I wish, I should & could be updating this thing! So here is what I am planning to do in the near future (for the few, if any, who actually read this)...
1. Catch up on posts that I have meant to share, especially pictures!
2. Learn a better way to do this without things looking so sloppy & in disarray all the time!
3. Make the page more inviting, visually interesting... it looks quite shabby now & could use a good pick-me-up of sorts.
Jon has told me he likes that I started this, & wishes I would continue... can't disappoint my man!! So, there you have it! A new blog about... new blogs. Talk about exciting! :/

- Jon is working right now for Cal Farley's Boy's Ranch as the youth minister. He has been there for a little over 1 year now. He grew up in the panhandle of Texas and lived there his entire life, so he truly has a strongly developed love for the area. The wide open spaces, the sunsets, TTU... :) As for myself, I grew up in deep south Sweeny, TX, which is almost the complete opposite of NW Texas with it's trees, grass & water!! I moved to Lubbock in 2005 after my freshman year of college to take some time off. Turns out I have taken 4 years off! This is where I met & married Jon, so it has been completely worth it. I followed Jon to Channing, TX (pop. 356) after our wedding. Talk about big changes!! We were married on 26 September 2009, so we are just a couple of blissful newlyweds enjoying the happiness & the pitfalls of marriage. Or just trying to adjust to living with one another! We truly are blessed with beautiful families and friends who bring us so much happiness.
